As we head into 2023, we want to look back at some of the highlights and best moments from 2022 for USALLIANCE and our members. USALLIANCE has enhanced many aspects of the credit union from updating card designs and introducing ALLI to advancing social media and, as always, giving you the best record-high savings rates. We are excited to see what lies ahead in 2023 but for now let's review 2022!

New Card Designs for 2022

We updated our card designs in 2022! Our new design includes a sleek, contactless card that is easy to find in your wallet. Our members love the simple, polished look of our new charcoal, white, and “USALLIANCE” blue cards.

Our Record-high HDSA Savings Rates in 2022

Throughout 2022, our High Dividend Savings Account continued to reach record-high savings rates! Starting in January 2022 with 0.65% APY, we have now reached 3.25% APY¹ heading into 2023! Maintaining a competitive rate to ensure you get the best rates possible is one of our main priorities at USALLIANCE. Being able to give back to our members through high savings rates is one of the best aspects of being a credit union. We look forward to continuing to help our members save in 2023!

ALLI in 2022

In 2022, USALLIANCE gained a new employee - ALLI! ALLI is our virtual assistant, trained to answer over 300 of our most popular banking questions. We are constantly striving to help our members as quickly and efficiently as possible, and in 2022 ALLI assisted over 13,000 users with their banking needs! ALLI can be found on any of our web pages - you can chat with her by clicking the green chat bubble icon in the lower right corner!

Most Loved Social Post of 2022

It comes with little surprise that our most loved social media post of 2022 was our announcement of our intention to merge with Marriott Employee's Federal Credit Union! We are excited to take on this new journey and continue to build our community. Keep an eye out for more on this in 2023!
